How do I submit a Certificate of Insurance to RMIS?

Carriers are required to have their insurance agent send an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance to transportation@truckstop.com and compliance@nexttrucking.com

By partnering with RMIS we are able to provide faster approval times and ensure fewer interruptions to load booking capability between insurance updates

Copy these steps and send this to your insurance agent/broker.

  1. Have your insurance agent send a copy of your COI listing the requirements here to transportation@truckstop.com and compliance@nexttrucking.com. RMIS must be listed as a certificate holder to work with NEXT. Please follow the below format:

Subject:

<INSERT THE COMPANY NAME AND MC/DOT NUMBER OF THE INSURED>

Certificate Holder:

Registry Monitoring Insurance Services, Inc.

5388 Sterling Center Drive

Westlake Village, CA 91361

2. Once your insurance agent has sent the COI it can take up to 3 business days for RMIS to verify your certificate.

If your application has not been approved within 3 business days of emailing your COI, you may contact the Onboarding department at 213-344-0672
