Carriers can qualify for free Quick Pay 3-5 business days (excluding banking holidays) after invoicing on loads taken through the app if they follow the required steps below.
Owner-Operator
Track the load through the app with Always location permissions granted
Submit POD through the app within 24 hrs from load completion
Create an invoice for the load in the app within 24 hours from load completion
Fleet Driver
Track the load through the app with Always location permissions granted
Submit POD through the app within 24 hours from load completion (can be done by driver or dispatcher)
Fleet Dispatcher*
Submit POD through the app or web portal within 24 hours from load completion (can be done by driver or dispatcher)
Create an invoice for the load or web portal in the app within 24 hours from load completion after fleet driver completes the above.
* Fleet dispatchers are responsible for distributing payment to their fleet drivers.
Owner-operators and Fleets will be paid in 3-5 business days (excluding banking holidays) with free Quick Pay after invoicing if they complete the steps above. Payment will be sent via direct deposit to their bank account if they have set up their billing information in the NEXT app or web portal. Otherwise, payment will be issued in standard 15 days.
